We offer daily Yoga classes for anyone who is interested. The classes will be held nearby the Beachside Backpacker 1770 or on the stunning headland north of the Town of 1770. Just let us know of your interest and we will arrange it for you.
Our beach hostel is located only 200 metres from Queensland’s northern-most surf break. A short stroll through coastal rainforest before hitting the sand and clear blue water of the Agnes Water Main Beach will provide an opportunity to see local birdlife and reptiles before sunbathing or shell hunting to your hearts content.
When the beach conditions aren't perfect (very rare) and you don't feel like getting salty and sandy, you can always refresh yourself in our private swimming pool and spend your time lounging, snoozing and reading in the comfort of the hostel.
Enjoy the unique atmosphere in the Town of 1770 and watch the most beautiful sunsets from the only place on the east coast where you are able to see the sunset above the ocean!
Sip a cold beer in the comfort of our air-conditioned bar or enjoy the view from the verandah while listening to live local talent at our Sunday Barbie Session.
